Job Description:
- Checking web content
- Working with sensitive content
- Providing back-office support for users
- Identify and assess customers’ needs
- Assist with general inquiries, product support and troubleshooting via e-mail, chat, or tickets
Requirements:
- Danish/Dutch = minimum B2 level
- English language = minimum B2 level
- Excellent communication skills
- Desire to help customers as best as possible
- Team-player
- Result-oriented with personal performance
- Willingness to work alternating shifts during a 7-day work week – morning, evening and night depending on project needs
- Previous experience is nice to have, but not a must
