As Business Development Sales Representative, your daily responsibilities will encompass prospecting, proactively engaging with leads, qualifying opportunities, and skilfully closing deals. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to leverage your expertise to upsell and cross sell to our valued existing clients, driving additional revenue and fostering long-term relationships.

Job Description

  • Proactively identify and research potential customers in the target market through various channels, including cold calling, outbound prospecting, social media
  • Engage with potential customers to find out their needs and pain points. Understand their requirements and determine if there is a potential opportunity
  • Build long term relationships with customers to move them through the sales funnel


  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and French/German/Spanish/Italian (C1)
  • 1+ years of applied sales experience
  • Experience in generating new business opportunities, upselling and cross selling
  • Experience in communication with customers over various channels such as phone, email, and social media
  • Customer oriented mindset
  • Team Player, competent in working collaboratively with sales teams and other stakeholders
  • Experience or willingness to learn working with sales development tools and CRM systems


  • Monthly Commission Based on Performance = 20% from basic salary
  • Sign on bonus = 600 – 900 €
