Job Description:

  • Listen and respond to customers’ queries by phone and email
  • Provide accurate, valid, and complete information to the client’s requests
  • Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction

Requirements:

  • Danish/Finnish language = minimum B2 level
  • English language = minimum B2 level
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Desire to help customers as best as possible
  • Team-player
  • Result-oriented with personal performance
  • Friendly and outgoing personality
  • Previous experience is nice to have, but not a must
