Requirements:
- Swedish = minimum B1
- English = minimum B2
- Previous back-office experience
- Ability to prioritise and organise work in a multitasked environment
- Proficient personal computer skills including Microsoft Office
- Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills
- Excellent judgment, reasoning, and problem-solving skills
- Willingness to work on weekend shifts
