Job Description:
- Regularly updating the content of the website with a customer focus
- Ensuring fluent website functionality, including regular backups and updates
- Troubleshooting and resolving website issues
- Data analysis of the website
- Implementation of business process automation
Requirements:
- Fluent English and Polish
- Knowledge of Czech language is an advantage
- Previous experience in e-commerce
- Knowledge of contemporary tools (PrestaShop) and legacy tools (willingness to learn)
- Ability to support and substitute e-commerce activities on a daily basis
- Capable of daily maintenance of platforms and hostings, functionalities monitoring, reactivation after issues
- Able to introduce and manage automation and integration of tools like Baselinker, LikePrice, Dealavo,…
- Good communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to learn quickly
