Job Description:

  • Assist customers through multiple channels, including phone, email, and chat
  • Provide timely reply and accurate information on the client’s request
  • Provide solutions to questions related to money transfer transactions or forward the issue to the relevant units
  • Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction


  • One of the following languages – Finnish/Danish/Swedish/Norwegian = minimum B2 level
  • English language = minimum B2 level
  • Previous experience in customer support role is an advantage
