For selected recruitment projects, we work in a classic success-fee model, where payment is linked to a successful hire. For larger recruitment volumes, multilingual hiring projects or recurring hiring needs, we also offer pre-paid recruitment services, allowing employers to secure dedicated recruitment capacity and predictable delivery.

We also provide a 3-month guarantee on the outcome of the recruitment, which means that if one of the parties terminates the contract during this time, we provide a replacement free of charge.
