We know and understand the multilingual communities from the inside out, as well as their attitudes towards working in various countries such as Poland, Slovakia, Czechia, Bulgaria, Greece, Romania, and Hungary. As a result, we are aware of the needs and concerns of the candidates we attract and know how to respond to them effectively.

We provide our multilingual candidates with care and a sense of security - we contact them in their language and support not only during the recruitment process, but also during the first months in new country.

We reach candidates directly and from the beginning to the end we participate in the recruitment process mediating between the candidate and the company.

We have our own free tool for creating CVs, thanks to which we have access to a wide database of candidates.

However, we are looking for employees not only from outside these countries but also locally. We effectively reach out to speakers of various European languages in the countries where our services are available, including Poland, Slovakia, Czechia, Bulgaria, Greece, Romania, and Hungary. We also cooperate with embassies, organizing various events together, which allows us to create a community and build a credible image in view of candidates.

Each candidate also gets the support of a Community Manager, who helps them with paperwork (offices, banks, finding and renting an apartment, etc.) and other needs. The Community Manager's job is also to put new employees in touch with other representatives of the nationality in question on the spot, so that they feel as comfortable as possible in new country.
