Our client is a marketing solutions sales and implementation company dedicated to working directly with software and technology solution providers. Their client base spans the gamut from small startups to market leaders such as Microsoft, Cisco, Google and more.

The company was recently acquired by a global consulting company and they are currently in the process of merging two companies into one.

This project is dedicated to Microsoft and their products.


 Job Description

  • Coach, manage, and develop the next generation of Technical Specialist
  • Drives team performance by directly managing Technical Specialist and setting KPI targets
  • Conduct group and individual meetings on a regular cadence
  • Implement effective advices and messaging strategies for each team member by creating individualized performance plans to support their continued success
  • Provide input to Technical and Program leadership, sharing market trends and customer feedback to implementations
  • Generate weekly data analysis and reporting
  • Owns team performance


  • German language = minimum C1 level 
  • English language = minimum B2 level 
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience working with Azure 
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science 
  • Azure Certifications are preferred (AZ-103, AZ-104, AZ-305, AZ-500) 
  • Proficiency in infrastructure strategy 
  • Familiarity with security concepts such as IPS, IDS, Access Control List, GPs, and Firewalls 
  • Experience with Visual Studio, Azure Dev Ops, and GitHub 
  • Experience with application modernization in Cloud, Azure Kubernetes, .Net Core 
  • Knowledge of databases: MySQL, SQL, and Cosmos DB 
  • Experience with OpenAI, Cognitive Services, and Defender Series 
  • Ability to think strategically about business, product, and technical challenges
