As a Technical Support Specialist, you will diagnose computer issues by telephone or assist customers remotely to solve the hardware and software problems encountered in use. 


Job Description

  • Handle incoming contacts over phone and email  
  • Provide a fast, complete and friendly answer 
  • Diagnose issues with hardware or software 
  • Send out follow-up emails for the customer when needed 
  • Follow guidelines on escalation and have critical thinking 


  • Slovenian = C1 
  • English = B2 
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel)  
  • A positive and open-minded attitude  
  • Eager to learn, self-motivated and goal-oriented  
  • Previous experience in a similar role is an advantage  
  • Previous experience in technical support is an advantage  
  • Knowledge of computing technology is an advantage
