Salary:

We are a dynamic and fast-growing recruitment agency specializing in multilingual recruitment support for the Business Services Sector (BSS) industry. Position Overview:
We are seeking experienced freelance recruiters based in Czechia, Slovakia, Greece, Spain, Bulgaria or Poland, who have their own company and can engage with us on a B2B contract basis. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of three years of experience in sourcing and recruiting, with a proven track record of successful placements. You will work remotely and be compensated based on performance, earning at least 20% of the incoming invoice for each candidate you successfully place. Exceptional performance may lead to a full-time opportunity with our company. 

 

Job Description

  • Source and identify potential candidates across all European markets through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking, and direct search on Linkedin 
  • Conduct thorough candidate screenings to assess qualifications, experience, and cultural fit. 
  • Manage the recruitment process from sourcing to placement, including coordinating interviews and follow-ups with candidates and our team leaders. 
  • Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future openings. 
  • Collaborate closely with our team leaders to understand hiring needs and provide regular updates on the recruitment progress. 
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. 

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in sourcing and recruiting. 
  • Proven track record of successful placements. 
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices and sourcing techniques. 
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. 
  • Fluency in English and the local language (Czech, Slovak, Greek, Spanish, Bulgarian or Polish) is required. 
  • Familiarity with recruitment tools and platforms. 
  • Must own a registered company to engage in a B2B contract with us. 
  • Nice to have: Experience with the 360 recruitment model from a recruitment agency.
