Job Description
- Identify malfunctions in cordless power tools, outdoor power equipment, and cleaning products, particularly in the fields of electronics, mechanics, hydraulics, and pneumatics.
- Collaborate with specialized technical departments to efficiently troubleshoot and resolve product issues.
- Provide hands-on training for internal teams, service partners, and customers on repair and maintenance best practices.
- Maintain and update all relevant technical documentation and service manuals related to product repairs and diagnostics.
- Act as a technical liaison, offering support and expertise to the sales team and customer service departments to address product-related questions and technical issues.
- Oversee the maintenance and calibration of service tools and diagnostic equipment to ensure effective repairs.
- Work closely with other departments, such as R&D and production, to share insights and improve product performance.
- Identify recurring issues and work on improvement projects that enhance product reliability and customer satisfaction based on repair diagnostics.
- Conduct technical training for external partners and service providers to ensure consistent product knowledge and repair capability
Requirements
- Proficiency in Polish (C2 level)
- English (minimum B2 level)
- Technical education at the secondary or higher level is essential, with a focus on electronics, mechanics, or related fields.
- Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in electronics and mechanics are crucial, with the ability to work independently on diagnostics and repairs.
- Proficient in reading, interpreting, and maintaining technical documentation to support repairs and improvements.
- Demonstrated ability to analyze problems effectively and apply creative problem-solving skills to technical challenges.
- Strong self-organization abilities to manage tasks, maintain technical records, and complete assignments responsibly.
- A creative problem solver who can think critically and find innovative solutions to recurring issues.
- High level of accountability and responsibility for assigned tasks, ensuring thoroughness and accuracy in all work.
- Willingness to travel within the European region for business purposes, including service calls, training sessions, and technical support visits.
- Prior experience in a similar Service Engineer position is a plus, especially within the power tools, outdoor equipment, or cleaning product sectors.
