Job Description:
- Assist businesses with general inquiries, product support, and troubleshooting via phone, e-mail, and chat
- Only B2B (business to business) communication
- Deliver outstanding client service
- Achieve great customer experience and satisfaction
- Identify and understand user needs
Requirements:
- German language = minimum B2 level
- English language = minimum B2 level
- Excellent communication skills
- Keen interest in technology
- Previous experience is nice to have, but not a must
