Our client originally from the Czech Republic has been caring for pets for over 30 years. The company operates more than 320 retail stores and pet shops in the Czech Republic, Latvia, Poland, and Slovakia.
Job Description:
- Design and develop system solutions
- Analysis and communication with the sales team and other stakeholders to understand their business requirements
- Analysis of change requests and cooperation with developers
- Communication with the suppliers to ensure proper implementation and compliance with company requirements
- Testing and debugging – identifying and eliminating errors and problems that could affect performance
- Preparation of technical documentation
- Providing technical support and training for users to familiarise themselves with the functionalities and proper use of the systems
- Reporting and troubleshooting
Requirements:
- Fluent English and Polish
- At least 3 years of experience in business/IT analysis (preferably on ERP systems)
- Experience with management of at least smaller projects
- Good knowledge of SQL
- Strong analytical and logical thinking, ability to take an independent and structured approach to work
- Experience in communication with business users
