Marketing Project Coordinator

Salary:

800.000 – 1.200.000 HUF gross

Job description

  • Plan, coordinate, and oversee the execution of complex marketing campaigns aligned with the company’s strategic goals for the Hungarian market.
  • Act as the central point of contact for campaign-related activities, ensuring smooth communication and regular updates with senior stakeholders.
  • Adapt global marketing strategies to local needs and lead the creation of localized content and activities.
  • Manage cross-functional collaboration with internal teams such as business development, design, performance marketing, social media, PR, and tech.
  • Liaise with external media and SEO agencies to evaluate campaign performance and develop both online and offline assets.
  • Analyze marketing performance metrics, optimize internal processes, and recommend improvements based on data insights.
  • The role reports directly to the Regional Marketing Manager at HQ and the Branch Director.

 

Requirements

  • Fluency in Hungarian (native-level) and professional English (min. B2 level) – both spoken and written.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing project management, ideally within international organizations or marketing agencies.
  • Proven experience leading end-to-end campaigns (especially digital), including stakeholder and cross-department collaboration.
  • Familiarity with tools such as Monday.com, Jira, Google Analytics, Meta Ads, and email marketing platforms.
  • Strong analytical mindset and the ability to derive insights from campaign performance data.
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills with both internal and external partners.
  • University degree in marketing, economics, management, or a related field.
