Junior Customer Care Specialist

Salary:

7.500 - 9.000 PLN

Our client is a global leader in licensed sports merchandise, building the leading global digital sports platform and changing the way fans purchase their favorite team apparel, jerseys, headwear and hardgoods through an innovative, tech-infused approach to making and quickly distributing fan gear in today’s 24/7 mobile-first economy. Join their team of Customer Service Support.

It is a project for a maximum of 3 to 4 months. After 1 month of training period you are able to work remotely.

 

Job Description:

  • Primary point of contact for customer inquiries, requests, and complaints through phone, email, and live chat
  • Provide customers with complete and accurate resolutions to problems
  • Make recommendations and sell products based on the customer needs
  • Document and maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions in the company’s CRM system GENESYS

Requirements: 

  • German/ Spanish/ French or Dutch = minimum B2
  • English = minimum B2
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Patience, empathy, and a customer-centric mindset
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritise workload
