Salary:

15.000 PLN + bonuses

As a Japanese-speaking Business Development Representative, you’ll connect with business clients on the US market and help them discover solutions that truly make an impact. Job Description

  • Work in a team and develop a sales strategy for your assigned portfolio.
  • Conduct outbound outreach via phone and email to schedule meetings with potential clients.
  • Build relationships, understand client needs, and recommend the right digital solutions.
  • Analyze performance and identify new business opportunities.
  • Work towards individual and team sales targets in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment.

Requirements

  • Fluent Japanese (C1 level) and very good English.
  • At least 1 year of experience in sales or business development.
  • Great communication and negotiation skills — you feel confident engaging with decision makers.
  • Ability to organize your time effectively and handle multiple priorities.
  • You’re coachable, open to feedback, and motivated by growth and success.
  • Willingness to work evening/night shifts.
  • 4 pm – 12 am, Evening Shifts, additional 20%-night shifts bonus
