About the role
Our client is part of a large international group operating in insurance and assistance services. They support people when unexpected situations happen — at home, on the road, or while travelling. Their operation is divided into three main areas: home/moto, travel, and claims. This role is part of a newly built team in Ostrava, which is taking over selected responsibilities from colleagues in Germany.
You will help customers in situations that are often stressful and time-sensitive. This can include working with documents, phone calls, emails, case updates and coordination of next steps. It is a role for someone who likes structured work, clear communication and helping people when it matters.
This position is also a good fit for junior candidates. You do not need years of experience. What matters more is strong German, a calm and empathetic communication style, attention to detail and willingness to learn.
