Dutch-speaking Customer Service Representative

Salary:

2.100€ gross + bonuses

Our client is a large international customer experience company supporting well-known global brands across Europe. The company is currently hiring Dutch-speaking Customer Service Representatives for a major telecommunications project in Spain, with roles available in Málaga and Alicante.

This opportunity is suitable both for candidates already based in Spain and for candidates open to relocation. Upcoming start dates are planned for July,August and September 2026, with further hiring waves expected later in the year.

Key responsibilities

  • Support Dutch-speaking customers of a major telecommunications brand.
  • Handle inbound customer questions related to:
    • mobile services, internet, TV services, fibre connection, billing, subscriptions, deliveries, account-related topics.
  • Help customers with practical service and technical questions, for example:
    • how to install a SIM card, how to activate mobile internet, what to do when home internet is slow, how to set up a TV box, how to solve basic connectivity issues.
  • Provide clear, professional and customer-focused solutions.
  • Identify customer needs and recommend suitable options when relevant.
  • Recognise upselling and cross-selling opportunities during customer conversations.
  • Explain available services or upgrades in a natural and helpful way.
  • Document customer interactions accurately in internal systems.
  • Cooperate with team leaders, trainers and other departments.
  • Maintain a positive customer experience during every interaction.
  • This is not a cold-calling or outbound sales role.

  • Flexibility to work in a shift-based customer service environment.
  • Motivation to work in an international team in Spain.
  • Previous experience in customer service, call centre, technical support, telecom, hospitality, travel, retail or sales support will be an advantage.

Language requirements

  • Dutch: C2 / native or near-native level.
  • English: minimum B1 level for internal communication, training and systems.
  • Spanish: not required for the role, but helpful for daily life in Spain.

Additional requirements

  • Legal right to live and work in Spain.
  • Valid documentation required for employment in Spain.
  • For relocating candidates, a valid passport is mandatory. An ID card alone is not sufficient for this process.
  • Availability to work in a shift-based schedule.
  • Working hours may fall within the following operating hours:
    • Monday to Friday: 08:00 – 20:00
    • Saturday and Sunday: 09:00 – 17:30
  • Availability to work evenings and weekends when required by the schedule.
  • Flexibility to adapt working hours based on project needs and workload.
  • Openness to work from Málaga or Alicante, depending on selected location and project availability.

What the client offers

  • Spanish employment contract.
  • Permanent contract with a 2-month probation period.
  • Flexible weekly contract options
  • Gross monthly salary depending on contract hours:
    • salary range from €1,342.73 to €2,094.66 gross per month
    • 39 hours/week: up to €2,094.66 gross per month
  • Performance bonus:
    • average around €150 gross per month
    • depending on results up to 15% of monthly salary
  • Paid training and onboarding:
  • Hybrid work model may be possible after the initial onboarding period:
    • first 2 weeks are mandatory on-site, after that, hybrid work may be possible based on performance
    • typical model: 2 days per week on-site and 3 days remote

Relocation support

  • Option 1: Company accommodation
    • 2 months of shared accommodation may be provided for international relocators.
    • Applies only during the summer period.
    • Travel reimbursement up to €500 for plane travel.
  • Option 2: Independent housing
    • Relocation bonus of €1,500 lump sum – paid with the second salary.
    • Applies only during the summer period.
    • Travel reimbursement up to €500 for plane travel.
  • Option 3: Domestic relocation within Spain
    • Relocation bonus of €750.
    • Travel reimbursement up to €125 total for all transport methods.
  • Housing rules for shared accommodation:
    • shared with employees only
    • no partners, no family members, no pets
