Business Development Representantive

Salary:

€2,400 – €2,600 gross

Our client is a global customer experience (CX) leader working with some of the most recognized technology brands worldwide. With a large international footprint and thousands of employees globally, the company delivers complex digital solutions and commercial support programs across multiple markets. For their Kraków office, we are currently hiring Business Development Representatives (BDR) for two active projects under the same role: Google Cloud and Google Pay/Wallet.

Both projects have the same core responsibilities and requirements. The main difference is working schedule, and final project allocation happens after the first recruiter screening (based on mutual fit).

As a Business Development Representative, you will focus on business development, prospecting and acquiring new business opportunities. This is a sales-driven role requiring strong commercial mindset and real experience in outbound / pipeline building / new client acquisition. This is not a customer service rolecandidates with customer support-only backgrounds won’t be a match.

Job Description

  • Prospecting and contacting potential business clients (outreach via phone/email/LinkedIn)
  • Building and managing a pipeline of new opportunities
  • Identifying customer needs and qualifying leads
  • Presenting value propositions and scheduling/closing next steps in the sales process
  • Working with targets and performance metrics typical for BDR roles
  • Keeping CRM / internal tools updated with activity and progress
  • Collaborating with internal teams to drive results and improve conversion
  • Taking part in onboarding and sales/product training

Requirements

  • German language: C1 / Native level
  • English language: minimum B2 level
  • Strong sales experience is required (ideally B2B services, business development, key account, hunting roles)
  • Confidence in prospecting and acquiring new clients
  • Goal-oriented mindset and willingness to work with targets
  • Good communication and organization skills
  • Availability to work hybrid in Kraków (3 days office / 2 days remote)
