Database Management Intern



Location: Remote ( Slovakia or Czechia )
Employment Type: Paid Internship ( maximum 3 months)
Compensation: 400 euros per month

Position Overview:
We are looking for a student who can assist us in reprocessing our candidate database, giving it a new and improved look. The role involves working with personal data, assigning specific experiences, locations, and language skills to candidates to enhance search capabilities. The intern will work remotely using their own computer and our ATS system, Recruitify.
Exceptional performance may lead to a full-time opportunity with our company. 


Key Responsibilities: 

  • Reprocess and update the candidate database to improve search functionality. 
  • Assign specific experiences, locations, and language skills to candidate profiles. 
  • Conduct market research to support recruitment strategies. 
  • Work directly with the company’s management on various tasks. 
  • Learn and apply basic search practices on LinkedIn. 
  • Gain experience in conducting job interviews. 
  • Ensure the confidentiality and security of personal data at all times. 


  • Currently enrolled in a university or recent graduate. 
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. 
  • Proficient in English and either Slovak or Czech. 
  • Basic knowledge of data handling and database management. 
  • Ability to work independently and remotely using their own computer. 
  • Eagerness to learn and apply new skills.
