We are currently looking for a Data Analyst (Mid) to join a project focused on analysing business and financial data to support performance tracking and data-driven decision-making.
Role overview
As a Data Analyst, you will work with structured data to analyse business performance, identify trends and support stakeholders with actionable insights. This role goes beyond standard reporting — you will work on real business use cases where data directly impacts decisions. You will collaborate with international teams and contribute to building a strong data-driven culture across the organisation.
What you will do
- Analyse business and financial data to support decision-making processes
- Work with SQL to extract, transform and analyse data
- Build and maintain dashboards and reports using BI tools
- Identify trends, anomalies and performance drivers across datasets
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into data insights
- Ensure data quality and consistency across reporting layers
- Support ongoing improvements in data analysis and reporting processes
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in data analytics or related roles
- Strong SQL skills (joins, aggregations, working with large datasets)
- Experience with BI tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker or similar)
- Good understanding of data modelling and data structures
- Experience working with business or performance data
- Ability to translate data into clear business insights
- Good communication skills and ability to work with stakeholders
- English level: B2+
Nice to have
- Experience with Python (for data analysis)
- Exposure to cloud environments (e.g. GCP, BigQuery)
- Experience in financial / performance-driven environments
