Digital Marketing Sales Representative with German

Our client is an American company that works for a well-known global search engine in its Polish branch. Globally, it employs just over 60,000 employees.  The company is one of the largest global innovators of CX (customer experience) technologies and services for complex digital solutions.

Your role will be to provide consultation to our client’s online advertising customers, specifically clients using Google Ads. You will work directly with the client on their Google Ads account to understand their products, analyze their campaigns and increase their ROI (return on investment). You will become its Account Manager for at least 3 months, where you will work together to find the goal of implementing the additional possibilities that Google Ads offers.

Job Description

  • Telephone and email contact with the client
  • Analysis of Google Ads marketing campaigns
  • Working with existing customers within their own assigned portfolio
  • Optimizing Google Ads marketing campaigns
  • Monthly and quarterly plans = emphasis on KPI’s and targets
  • Implementation and execution of sales plans
  • Trying to find new solutions with the client that will bring them the desired effects they expect from their Google Ads campaign = implementation of different performance strategies
  • Building relationships with clients
  • Working with other departments to solve your customers’ problems
  • Participation in product training

Requirements

  • German language = minimum C1 level
  • English language = minimum B2 level
  • Minimum level of secondary education
  • Good work organization
  • Good communication skills
  • Emphasis on meeting sales plans
  • Rapid adaptation to change
  • Analytical and creative thinking
  • Basic knowledge of digital marketing
  • Previous experience with Google Ads will be a great advantage, but is not a prerequisite
