Our client is a French company that provides services for debt collection, telemarketing, customer relationship management, content moderation, and communication. The Polish branch has 1,700 passionate individuals, citizens of over 55 different countries, serving in 20 different languages.

As a Customer Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to one of our renowned sports betting clients. Your primary goal is to ensure customer satisfaction by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and delivering timely and accurate information.

Job Description

  • Answering customer requests or inquiries in the Bulgarian language.
  • Comprehensive customer service in the field of solving problems related to sports, mainly football.
  • Providing customers with innovative solutions to meet their needs via back chat, emails, or social media (85%) and phone (15%).
  • Delivering a first-class customer experience.
  • Creating a positive impression of the support team.

Requirements

  • Bulgarian language min. C1
  • English language min. B2
  • Availability to work 150 hours/month.
  • Empathy and time management skills.
  • Good knowledge of football.
  • Excellent computer skills.
  • Willingness to work shifts in a 24/7 operation.
