Production manager

Salary:

Job description

  • Oversee and manage all production operations in alignment with ERP systems and provided formulas. 
  • Ensure strict adherence to internal processes: stock management, production, engraving, packaging, and logistics. 
  • Guarantee short delivery times for over 1,000 SKUs, with 200 SKUs in weekly Production. 
  • Collaborate with the Plant Director and Administration/Finance Manager to  optimize workflows and processes. 
  • Develop and implement process modifications or new workflows in response to production needs. 
  • Supervise safety measures and quality control, ensuring compliance with electric product safety standards. 
  • Propose solutions for workflow improvement and staff motivation, including  bonuses or management enhancements.
  • Act as a liaison between the local team and the Italian headquarters, ensuring clear communication and coordination. 

 

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years in a similar position, or experience as a Shift Manager orTeam Leader for a team of 50+ people.
  • Fluency in Romanina, English language, Italian preferred, but not required.
  • Strong organizational and management skills, with proficiency in ERP systems. 
  • Technical knowledge of electric product safety, reading plans, and proposing modifications. 
  • Experience in an international company, with exposure to intercultural environments. 
  • Proactive problem-solving skills and the ability to make independent decisions while respecting group standards.
  • Charismatic leadership to ensure adherence to company procedures and foster team collaboration.
