Customer Support Specialist

Salary:

6.500 - 8.000 PLN

We are looking for Customer Support Specialist for our client with an office in Warsaw. The company is a world wide broker regulated by polish commission for financial supervision – KNF. After 14 years being on the market, the company is one of the biggest brokers, operating in more than 13 countries.

 

Job description

  • Providing excellent customer service
  • Building up positive relationships with customers
  • Resolving issues in a timely manner and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
  • Providing explanations in relation to customer complaints (both written and by phone)
  • Monitoring of the situation on financial markets
  • Working with the CRM system (verification and completing clients data)
  • Cooperating with external branches and internal departments

 

Requirements

  • English language = minimum B2
  • Brazilian or European Portuguese = C2 (and the other variant a minimum of B2)
  • Previous experience in a Customer Service role desirable
  • Strong communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills
  • Responsibility and ability to multitask, prioritise and close tasks quickly
  • Good knowledge of MS Office
  • Knowledge of financial markets would be an advantage
