Quality manager

Job description

• Oversee quality assurance processes across the plant, focusing on electrical components’ safety and assembly standards. 
• Master and implement ISO standards: ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001. 
• Collaborate with the production manager and ensure the quality of components sourced from local and international suppliers. 
• Perform entry quality checks to ensure stock contains only compliant materials. 
• Establish random product inspections, ensuring compliance before delivery; some items undergo 100% checks prior to shipment. 
• Maintain a focus on aesthetic and functional quality (e.g., no scratches, straight assembly, proper labeling, and packaging). 
• Report and propose solutions for all quality incidents. 

Requirements 

• Higher education in quality management or a related field. 
• Fluent in Romanian and English (knowledge of Italian is a plus). 
• At least 5 years of experience in a similar position, preferably in an international environment. 
• Familiarity with quality management processes in electrical equipment manufacturing. 
• Expertise in ISO standards (9001, 14001, 45001) and internal auditing procedures. 
• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills to address issues with colleagues and headquarters. 
• Proactivity in proposing improvements and adapting to a fast-paced environment.
