Support Engineer (Telecommunications)

Salary:

15.000 PLN

Job description

  • Handle support calls
  • Manage product support tickets in Jira Service Desk until resolution
  • Troubleshoot issues, analyze problems, and reproduce faults
  • Review incoming support tickets to ensure all necessary customer information is provided
  • Assist your manager with onboarding new team members
  • Generate and distribute product licenses for customers
  • Review and update customer documentation (e.g., user guides, white papers, release notes)
  • Continuously develop your technical expertise and customer-facing skills
  • Support your team in daily tasks and responsibilities

 

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience of similar job
  • Networking experience
  • Experience in telecommunications industry
  • 2nd line support experience
  • Experience in customer facing role
  • General Linux knowledge
  • Fluent English, both written and spoken
