1.600 € brutto

As a Content Moderator, you will be responsible for analyzing and reviewing user profiles, videos, and text-based content. You will be investigating and resolving issues that are reported by users or flagged by the system.

 

Job Description:

  • Review content (video, image, text) and conduct quality control, ensuring the content complies with local policies and regulations
  • Ensure legal compliance and safety of content uploaded to the short video platforms
  • Improve the content management strategy
  • Cooperate with supervisors
  • Serve as an advocate for the user community
  • Understand and remain up to date with client policies and guidelines
  • Fulfill base productivity and quality requirements

Requirements: 

  • One of these languages: Estonian, Latvian, Lithuanian, Slovenian = C2 Level
  • English language = minimum B2
  • Minimum High-School diploma
  • Good understanding of social media and pop culture
  • Ability to use Windows operating systems
  • Problem-solving skills and ability to multi-task
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Attention to detail, take the initiative
  • Quick learner, adaptable to learning new processes, concepts, and skills
  • Comfortable with viewing sensitive graphic content
  • Willingness to work shifts 24/7
